ConsoMedix Group is offering an exciting opportunity for a Rooms Division Intern within our Hospitality Division. This internship provides hands-on experience across the front office, guest services, and housekeeping operations. The role is designed to give you practical exposure to how hotels ensure seamless guest experiences, efficient room management, and operational excellence in line with international hospitality standards.
Role Responsibilities :
- Assist with front desk operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and handling guest inquiries.
- Support the housekeeping team in room inspections, inventory tracking, and ensuring high cleanliness standards.
- Learn and help implement room allocation and reservations management to optimize occupancy.
- Observe and participate in guest relations, addressing feedback and resolving minor service concerns.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth day-to-day hotel operations.
- Gain exposure to hotel property management systems (PMS) and operational reporting tools.
